Share a tape with collaborators using the Collaborators tab. Add people by email — anyone you add can check out, edit, sync, and check in the tape.

Only the tape owner (the person who imported the project) can add or remove collaborators.

The Activity Log tracks everything that happens on a tape — check-outs, check-ins, syncs, bounces uploaded, collaborators added, and more. It gives everyone full visibility into who did what and when.

BeatButler uses real-time updates via WebSocket: when a collaborator checks in, checks out, or uploads a bounce, you'll see the change immediately without refreshing. A green dot in the bottom corner shows you're connected.
